The heart of the Activcor brand is it’s innovative foam core. The cores unique performance was inspired by premium athletic shoes. We recognized that athletic shoe performance offers comfort and support while you are standing or in training. Activcor total body performance provides comfort and support while you are lying down. Activcor’s technology bases its benefits on the resilient and rebounding energy of Activcor’s highly engineered patented foam columns. German Engineering

Produced in Germany, Activcor is manufactured using a highly sophisticated, computerized robotic process. Each Activcor core is created in a specialized aluminum form that is precisely milled to the patented design of the Activcor system.  Experienced engineers monitor Activcor’s foam chemistry  through computerized programming of the required chemicals injected into the  form.  This process guarantees that every Activcor core is molded consistently  to the exact high densities and ILD specifications Random testing of the cores is done to ensure all quality guidelines are met. Dynamic Comfort

Foam quality is a key determinant for all German automotive seat comfort. Advanced foam chemistry and technology used by Mercedes Benz, BMW and Porsche enhances the driving experience by making seats more comfortable and extremely supportive. We apply those same advanced foam chemistries to maximize Activcor’s core performance focusing on pressure distribution and all factors that affect support.

Recognizing technology used by Nike and Mercedes-Benz, we find new ideas to move beyond the traditional definition of comfort and support for a good night’s sleep.

POSITION ASSIST TECHNOLOGY

Position Assist Technology is a performance characteristic inherent in the design of the Activcor column that promotes ease of turning while sleeping. Standard cold foam mattresses absorbs body weight making repositioning during sleep more difficult. In order to reposition in a cold foam mattress, one must awake from sleep, raise and reposition themselves. This disrupts the sleep cycle reducing sleep quality not only for oneself, but for your sleeping partner as well. With Activcor, the columns sense and respond to your need to reposition and supports movement by assisting your body into the next desired position. Once repositioned, each column recovers to its original shape, ready to assist in your next move.
